Milestone Sales  Ltd do not have any fixed fees,  all fees are negotiated and vary on a case by case basis and can range from 1% to 4% depending on the magnitude & complexity of the matter. Please note that the higher fees take into consideration complex land, commercial, investments and in some instances business sales where our expert involvement and input will be considerably greater.

  • Provide estimates for preventative maintenance
  • Instruct a GAS SAFE registered Contractor to carry out subsequent gas safety checks,

  • Instruct and oversee any necessary works including repairs, cleaning and gardening
